The samplers can be mounted on the hopper of any conveyor up to about 80" 

There is a torque arm that would sit on the hopper and accommodate this.  

Ideally we are running on belts up to 60"

Yes they can be moved easily from pit to pit and from conveyor to conveyor.  They fit into the back of a pickup truck.  The M-500 manual sampler can easily be maneuvered and installed by 2 people. The automatic can be lifted by 2 people but ideally to install onto a conveyor safely will require a machine to lift into place using the hoist points.

Currently there is no guaranteed solution for every transition. Depending on belt size and what is available to mount to will determine if these will work.  Typically 90 degree transitions offer more challenges than straight line conveyors.

If installed correctly and operated correctly, there is no maintenance required at all for the manual unit.   For the A1000 the only maintenance would be the annual requirement to blow the interior of the casing out with air.  Very easy with a 10mm socket and 6 bolts to remove the covers.
